Thank you for your interest in the Village at Greenbriar. At this time we would like to share some accomplishments with you. Our assisted living complex has been completed since June of 2005. We are currently licensed for 36 residents. This facility is for those folks who can no longer live independently. We provide assistance with all tasks of daily living 24 hours per day, rates include meals, laundry, housekeeping and medication monitoring. Please free to stop by anytime to tour our state of the art facility. (you can also rent at the assisted living facility for a short term such as after a hospital stay).

We are now accepting deposits for phase 2 of our 75-home development. These homes will vary in size from 1338-2100 sq. ft. plus a 1 or 2 car attached garage, and will be nestled on a 40 wooded acres in Dallas PA. This life style offers independent living with peace of mind that comes with living in a secure, gated community.

Some of our many amenities include a gated security entrance, maintenance free exteriors, lawn service, snow removal, swimming pool, club house, tennis court, 9-hole putting green and scenic walking trails. All for a low monthly maintenance fee of $189, in addition, homeowners will have access to a unisex hair salon, exercise room, lounge, etc. located in our assisted living complex.

Enclosed there are 3 different size floor plans to choose from, photos, and our standard features that will come with your new quality built home. Financing available for new construction.

Because of the extraordinary level of interest we suggest you choose your home style as soon as possible. In all likelihood there will be a price increase for phase 3 in which construction will start in fall of 2006.
