At the Greenbriar, we provide the assistance you need to maintain a rich full life while remaining as independent as possible. You will experience exceptional care from local physicians, home health agencies, as well as GEM Therapeutics physical and occupational therapists.

GEM specializes in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic therapies. Their focus with each patient is to restore muskuloskeletal function to the greatest level while alleviating discomfort. They are committed to excellence in patient care and dedicated to promoting independence with optimal function recovery. They understand that each patient is unique and requires individualized assessment and treatment. This program may include techniques to increase strength, power, and muscular endurance, procedures to increase a patient's range of motion, and programs to enhence balance, coordination and flexibility.

24-Hour On-Call Nurse

As an assisted-living facility, Greenbriar provides 24-hour medical assistance. We attend to your many needs such as providing medication management, transportation to physicians appointments, socialization, and on-site pharmaceutical deliveries.

Our team of trained personal care aides are certified in CPR/First Aid and trained in medication administration as well as attending to resident care needs. A nurse is available daily and on-call for resident or family questions or concerns.
